ALMOND TREE BAKERY We can’t recommend Irene enough, an Italian baking temptress based in the village of Lelant. We all know how good Italian food is so we so are lucky to have a taste of Rome by the Ocean! FISH MONGERS:
Drive over to Penzance and head to Newlyn, the largest working fishing harbour in the UK. Drive out of the village towards Mousehole. It is a pescatarian’s paradise, where you can buy fresh fish, lobster, and crab straight from the ocean before they are exported from Cornwall or even the UK. On any given morning, fish landed here may be whisked away to markets in Tokyo, Madrid, and beyond. Buying your seafood dockside puts you at an international crossroads, sharing in the privilege of enjoying a catch destined for the world’s top tables.
